IMPORTANT:
There are no returns on electrical items.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
UPS, USPS, FEDEX. And Prepaid Truck Shipments: Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noticed upon delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called into Tabber Parts Store at (952) 944-1413 within a 3 day calendar days of your date receipt.

To Return Merchandise Follow These Easy Steps

  1. Call our Customer Service Department at (952) 944-1413 for a return merchandise authorization. (RMA) No Returns Will Be Accepted Without Return Merchandise Authorization.

No material will be accepted for a return after 15 days of shipment, regardless of reason.

  1. All merchandise must be returned in a sealed package with ample packing material.
  2. Include with your return a photo copy of your invoice or packing slip.
  3. Clearly and prominently write your return authorization number on the outside of the return box.
  4. If you are returning a truck shipment item, you must call us and we will arrange to have it picked up.
  5. We cannot accept etched, marked or altered products for credit or refund.
  6. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 calendar days of your date of receipt of merchandise.
  7. You must clearly print the reasons for return.
  8. Non- defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the list price.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA WILL REFUSED AND NO CREDIT/REFUND ALLOWED.
