There are no returns on electrical items.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
UPS, USPS, FEDEX. And Prepaid Truck Shipments: Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noticed upon delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called into Tabber Parts Store at (952) 944-1413 within a 3 day calendar days of your date receipt.

To Return Merchandise Follow These Easy Steps
- Call our Customer Service Department at (952) 944-1413 for a return merchandise authorization. (RMA) No Returns Will Be Accepted Without Return Merchandise Authorization.
No material will be accepted for a return after 15 days of shipment, regardless of reason.
- All merchandise must be returned in a sealed package with ample packing material.
- Include with your return a photo copy of your invoice or packing slip.
- Clearly and prominently write your return authorization number on the outside of the return box.
- If you are returning a truck shipment item, you must call us and we will arrange to have it picked up.
- We cannot accept etched, marked or altered products for credit or refund.
- Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 calendar days of your date of receipt of merchandise.
- You must clearly print the reasons for return.
- Non- defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the list price.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA WILL REFUSED AND NO CREDIT/REFUND ALLOWED.
